the standing cable curl machine for biceps detail and definition

well here is a excellent exercise to try in the gym, the standing cable curl machine for biceps detail and definition, standing in the front of low cable bar like in the picture below, you curl the weight up in front of you.

this can put you in a better position in regards to this piece of training apparatus, if that way is not possible on your gym equipment then you can do the exercise facing the machine.

but the best way to do this exercise is to usually stand away from the cable attachment like in the picture below.
